There are 11 enterprises with Slovenian investments in Belarus as well as a number of representative offices of Slovenian companies operating in the pharmaceutical, construction, energy, telecommunications and other fields.
The priority areas of bilateral cooperation are energy, construction, engineering, agriculture, telecommunications and tourism.
There is a functioning Belarusian-Slovenian Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific and Technical Cooperation. The meetings of the Commission and related business forums are held on a regular basis.
