Ambassador Andrei Dapkiunas took part in the opening of a memorial plaque in Hartheim

On December 5th at the Hartheim Castle memorial in Upper Austria a memorial plaque was solemnly opened to commemorate Soviet soldiers and citizens tortured here during World War II. CIS Ambassadors from Vienna attended the ceremony.
