Office hours and security restrictions

IMPORTANT: for visas and other consular service a preliminary appointment is required (by phone +43 (1) 419 96 3038, +43 (1) 419 96 3021).

Office hours:

Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 09.00 to 12.00.

In 2025, days off are:  January 1, 2, 6, 7.

On public holidays of the Republic of Austria, if they do not coincide with the Belarusian ones, the Embassy opened as usual.

IMPORTANT: visitors enter the consular section following the invitation of the duty officer by one person (or if family not more than 4 people at a time). 

It is prohibited to bring the following items into the territory of the Embassy:

weapons of any type, ammunition, other items that can be used as weapons, toxic, chemical substances, radioactive materials,

flammable materials, explosives, other dangerous items;

electronic devices with photo, video and audio recording (photo, video cameras, voice recorders, smartphones, tablets, etc.);

flammable and pyrotechnic substances or articles, including flares, flares, firecrackers, gas cylinders and objects (chemical materials) that can be used to make pyrotechnic products or fumes, coloring substances;

alcoholic beverages, liquids with a volume of more than 0.5 liters;

propaganda materials of an extremist nature, materials containing Nazi or extremist attributes or symbols that offend human dignity and public morality;

large items and bags;

narcotic and toxic substances or stimulants;

devices with laser radiation.
